Managed Projects

Hyundai - Campbell River

New $1.7 million 9,000 square feet build consisting of showrooms, offices, storage, mechanical and electrical rooms and work shop. The building has the new Hyundai external rendering color and design representing Hyundai new scheme.

Quadra School - Victoria

$9 million seismic upgrade. Original school built 1914, the completion of seismic rebuild planned for 100th birthday in the Fall of 2014.

Quadra Elementary consists of four sections from different year builds, all of which require seismic upgrading.

Timberline Plaza - Campbell River

Timberline village is a major local hub for convenient shoppers and home to shoppers TD dentists beer store coffee shop pizza and doctors office, complex has 129 parking stalls to support the development. Base Build commenced 2013.

Ladysmith

The beautiful Heart on the Hill building, a 36-unit apartment building for affordable living, was completed in January 2023 for BC Housing and the Ladysmith Resources Centre Association (LRCA). Inside are studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom suites, many offering fantastic views of the Ladysmith Harbour. Click here to learn more.
