Leonard Turner is a construction professional with over 3 decades of experience spanning the UK, Canada, and the USA, earning a reputation for excellence in complex project management, engineering, team building, and governance, consistently delivering high-quality results across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

His portfolio includes residential subdivisions, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, universities (University of Victoria, UWO), fire stations, high-rises, the BC Legislature, military facilities at CFB Esquimalt and CFB Comox, auto dealerships, and treatment plants. Leonard has led large-scale teams and multi-consecutive projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

From 2012–2022, he served as General Superintendent & Field Operations Manager at Kinetic Construction, overseeing 18 superintendents, forepersons, tradespeople, and subcontractors. Acting as the liaison between management, field operations, and clients, Leonard managed budgets, schedules, QA/QC, contracts, specifications, change orders, logistics, and dispute resolution, while fostering team accountability, mentorship, and professional growth.

After an accomplished career in field operations and business ownership, Leonard founded Ewart Construction Inc., a multi-generational company with a vision for legacy-driven real estate development and sustainable growth in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. Through his current focus on real estate, mentoring, and construction media, he shares his knowledge and experience to guide the next generation of builders, project managers, and leaders.
